The superintendent will frequently be in charge of boosting everyday production at work and may offer professional advice on certain task scopes based on expertise and education.
- Lead crews in everyday operations.
- General Knowledge of FDOT specifications
- Set example for company safety culture.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Mentor and teach subordinates.
- Professionally represent the company.
Requirements
- Interpersonal competencies that include a drive for results, effective oral communication skills, organization, planning, trust, respect, being dependable and cooperation. Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to job sites.
