Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

The following are typical duties for this position. These are not to be considered exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required.

  • Seeing the on-boarding process through from start to finish.
  • Ability to keep employee information confidential.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective employee relations, ensuring the proper HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
  • Responsible for tracking employee information and preparing reports and spreadsheets for analysis.
  • Manage the benefits and compensation process, which includes but is not limited to open enrollment, FMLA process, and processing of benefits-related documents.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment practices.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field is preferred, but will accept additional work experience in place of a degree.
  • Ability to speak in front of groups as large as 50 people.
