Essential Job Functions:
The following are typical duties for this position. These are not to be considered exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required.
- Hand finish concrete curb, sidewalk, and inlet.
- Spread concrete to specified depth and workable consistency.
- Levels, smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete, using straight edge, float, machine trowels, and/or power screed.
- Finishes concrete surfaces using power trowel; rub and patch concrete to meet quality standards.
- Loads, transports, and unloads tools, equipment, and supplies required for each project.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning activities with tools and equipment.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety policies and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements.
- Candidate must possess at least 2 year experience as a Concrete Finisher.
- Interpersonal competencies that include a drive for results, effective oral communication skills, organization, planning, trust, respect, being dependable and cooperation. Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to job sites.
