Essential Job Functions:

- Lead crew in everyday operations.
- General Knowledge of concrete standard specifications for public and private sectors
- Set example for company safety culture.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Layout foundations and set forms to correct elevation and location.
- Schedule concrete pours with the project Superintendent, maintain pour schedule and accurately calculate yardage.
- Mentor and teach subordinates.
- Move materials, tools, and machinery necessary for the job.
- Professionally represent the company.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least 3 years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman.
- Must be able to follow plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors, lay out the job, experience poring curb with machine, and work efficiently with the materials and tools of the trade.
- Interpersonal competencies that include a drive for results, effective oral communication skills, organization, planning, trust, respect, being dependable and cooperation. Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to job sites.
