ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The following are typical duties for this position. These are not to be considered exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required.
- Safely and efficiently operates dump truck to deliver materials to sites.
- Inspect trucks for safety and legal compliance pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintains logs and records in accordance with company policy.
- Cleans truck by washing the outside and keeping the inside of cab clean
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid Class-B CDL with history of safe driving (clean MVR).
- Must be at least 21 years old
- At least 3 years verifiable experience driving Class B CDL
- Knowledge of Jacksonville and surrounding areas is required.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods; handle and manipulate controls on a repetitive basis. Ability to climb in and out of equipment, and lift 75lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, write and accurately follow instructions.
- Work outside in all weather conditions in various locations
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
