Cecil Equestrian Center
This project is a key component of the “Better Jacksonville” plan. This multi-faceted sports and activity complex has equestrian facilities and aquatics center as well as baseball and softball fields, and more. We prepared the site 800 acre site for development, including roadways, utilities and building infrastructure.
