Home Depot and Walmart in Middleburg
For this project we installed all major utilities for both the Walmart and Home Depot tenants, as well as a dedicated lift station. We also completed roadway improvements both Branan Field Chaffee Road and Blanding Boulevard. Due to the poor soil conditions on the site, we used surcharge earth to provide proper stabilization and loading criteria for future buildings. The project was completed within the 12 month schedule.
