Oakleaf Town Center
This extensive project was for a primary shopping complex that serves the residents on the west side of Jacksonville and Clay County. This 115 acre site development project included heavy clearing, grubbing, earthwork, and stormwater facility construction. The project also included civil construction for all of the major underground utilities such as the storm drainage, potable water and sanitary sewer (including a master lift station). We also built new roadways and significant retail outlet parking lots for Home Depot, Target, Kohls, Best Buy, etc.
