Sawgrass

We have been honored to work on several projects for the PGA Tour at Sawgrass over the last few years. One project consisted of the new roadway construction and temporary parking lots off Palm Valley Road for the PGA Tour’s Players Championship annual golf tournament.

For the next project, we assisted with the civil construction needs related to the PGA Tour at Sawgrass’ new Agronomy Center and St Johns County Utility Authority’s re-use, sewer force main, and potable water main extensions across the Tour’s property. Our next project was the renamed Championship Way road effort. We built the new main entry roadway to the Sawgrass clubhouse and the new VIP Parking Lots. In addition we completed mass grading for the course changes at the first hole.

Most recently, we completed earthwork and mass grading for pond changes between holes 6 & 7, where we removed 80,000 cubic yards of material from the pond and used it to improve the spectator area at the 17th hole. We also completed the earthwork changes for the Pro Driving Range.
